This was my first time here and I absolutely love love love it! The salon itself was very clean and well organized! As I was sitting there, I saw someone cleaning every time a chair was empty! The place was busy but everyone was professional friendly and everyone was taken care of promptly!

My nail tech Hunter was absolutely fabulous. He took his time prepping my nails making sure it was ready for the best possible service! He was able to recommend how I should care for my nails and it even look better than what I thought it would. This is an absolute great place to go and my new permanent nail salon and nail tech!

A-MAZ-ING experience!! I haven't had my tips n toes done in over a year because of a really bad experience. I made an appointment by calling after reading as many reviews as I could on many salons. This was what I chose because of the reputation! From the receptionist assisting me with an appointment time to being so very fortunate to have Hunter as my nail technician and Rose as my pedicure technician, this was by far the most pleasant and professional salon and technicians. Hunter and Rose impressed me so much with their talent I booked them again before leaving! Great conversation was had too! If you want a great experience and beautiful nails, make an appointment with Hunter and Rose! You won't regret it!
The salon gives discounts for paying with cash and rebooking too! This salon has shaken my fear! I'm looking forward to going back! ❤️

Very impressed!  I’m a 53 yr old man and I didn’t know the first thing about nail salons.  I needed to find a place that would help my 83 yr old mother.  I can’t say enough about this place! We were warmly greeted by Laiba as soon as we walked in. Absolutely professional and courteous. What a gem! So kind.  It didn’t stop there however. Very quickly we were greeted by the technician her name is Rose. Simply amazing. She took time to listen to my sweet mom. I had to pick out the color. All mom wanted was a pink. Well picking out a shade of pink was in my mind like picking out fishing lures. So many choices. Rose came over and showed me what to choose from. I still don’t know if I got lacquer or gel or something else. (I’m learning !!). We got it figured out and from there Rose took over. Overall a 10 outta 10. Thank you to the staff at Creative. If you need to take your elderly mom or friend this is a good spot. It’s calm and relaxing. They are very gentle. Well done. We will be back!

Hannah has done my nails twice now, and she has a forever customer! She introduced me to builder gel, and I don't think I will ever look back. She is so patient and takes her time making sure the set is exactly how I want it. She does not make me feel bad if I ask her to change something, which I love! I would highly recommend giving the salon and Ms. Hannah a chance; you won't regret it!

I recently visited this nail salon in the heart of Katy, TX, and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff is attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. The manicure and pedicure were exceptional—my nails have never looked better! I love coming here and have referred numerous people because I get so many compliments! Sofia does my toes and Candy does my nails they are attentive and they know exactly what I like and what is needed for me. They take very good care of me and the atmosphere here is amazing!

BEST pedicure in Katy. I always ask for Daisy. She is kind, professional, and meticulous in her work. And believe me, my hooves are a project! She listens to what I want and does such lovely work every time - I always walk out feeling beautiful! And I’m super picky. The place is clean with a friendly, welcoming ambience. Other nail techs here have done my pedicure when Daisy was unavailable, and they’ve all been great. Highly recommend!!
Update: Daisy also did my manicure today and WOW!! Love my nails (with builder for my little flimsies!) and the cuticle work is stellar. Daisy for the WIN!!
